By accessing and using EliteLedger, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

EliteLedger provides a cloud-based accounting and inventory management platform. The service is provided "as-is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Payment and Subscription

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of service.

5. Limitation of Liability

EliteLedger shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
