Can I change plans later?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your account settings. If you upgrade, the change is immediate and pro-rated. If you downgrade, the change will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
Are there any hidden setup fees?
No. What you see is what you pay. We don't charge for data migration, software setup, or customer onboarding on any of our paid plans.
Is GST included in the price?
The listed prices are exclusive of GST. 18% GST will be added to your invoice at the time of payment.
What happens if I exceed my invoice limit?
We won't block you from creating invoices! We'll notify you when you reach 80% and 100% of your limit. You can choose to upgrade to the next tier or pay a small overage fee per invoice for that month.
